By accessing or using Lamuki, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Lamuki.

Lamuki is available for personal, educational, commercial, and professional use. You may use the available workspaces and operations for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You may use Lamuki without creating an account.

• Lamuki is currently free to use.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Lamuki complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You retain ownership of the files and other content that you use with Lamuki. Lamuki does not claim ownership of your files simply because you process them using the service.

• You are responsible for the files and content you choose to process.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to use and process your files.

• Lamuki does not determine whether a file is copyrighted, licensed, public-domain, confidential, or otherwise permitted to be used.

• Whether content is copyrighted or not does not change your responsibility to ensure that you have the right to use it.

Lamuki is designed to process files locally in your browser. The normal file-processing workflow does not require your file contents to be uploaded to Lamuki's servers.

• Files are processed within your browser.

• Lamuki does not provide a server-side backup of your files.

• Browser storage is not intended to replace a proper backup of important files.

Lamuki does not provide a backup service for your files. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of files that are important to you.

• Do not rely on Persist over reload as a permanent backup of important files.

• Important files should be downloaded and stored in an appropriate location outside Lamuki.

• Lamuki is not responsible for data loss caused by accidental deletion, browser storage failure, browser behavior, device failure, operating-system issues, or other circumstances outside Lamuki's reasonable control.

• Clearing browser or site data can permanently remove locally stored Lamuki workspace data.

Lamuki provides operations for transforming, analyzing, or otherwise working with files. Although we aim to make these operations reliable and accurate, software can contain bugs and unexpected behavior.

• An operation may occasionally produce an incorrect or unexpected result.

• Users should review important results before relying on them.

• When we discover a bug affecting an operation, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and correct it.

• Lamuki does not guarantee that every operation will always produce accurate, complete, or suitable results for every possible file.

You may not use Lamuki in a way that abuses, attacks, disrupts, or attempts to compromise the service or its infrastructure.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Lamuki or its infrastructure.

• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or bypass security mechanisms.

• Deliberately disrupting, overloading, or damaging the service.

• Sending spam or excessive automated requests intended to consume unreasonable resources.

• Attempting denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.

• Using automated methods to abuse Lamuki's infrastructure or interfere with normal service operation.

• Using Lamuki for activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Lamuki may restrict, block, or otherwise limit access to the service when reasonably necessary to protect Lamuki, its infrastructure, or other users.

• This may occur when a user attempts to attack or compromise the service.

• This may occur when a user excessively abuses available resources.

• This may occur when a user attempts unauthorized access or security bypasses.

• Security and infrastructure providers may be used where appropriate to detect or prevent abusive activity.

You are responsible for using Lamuki in accordance with all laws and regulations applicable to you. Lamuki provides general-purpose tools and does not endorse or take responsibility for a user's particular use of those tools or the content they choose to process.

Lamuki may occasionally require maintenance, updates, or other technical work. Features and workspaces may also be temporarily unavailable because of technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• Lamuki does not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free availability.

• Because workspace file processing occurs in the browser, maintenance or deployment of the website is not intended to interrupt an already loaded workspace's local file workflow.

• However, browser failures, device failures, network problems, operating-system issues, or other circumstances outside Lamuki's control may still affect your use of the service.

Lamuki will continue to evolve. We may add new features, improve existing workspaces and operations, and make changes to the website.

• Workspaces and operations may be updated over time.

• Features may be changed to improve their functionality or reliability.

• We expect feature removal to be uncommon and generally based on a substantial reason.

• The availability or behavior of a particular feature may therefore change over time.

The Lamuki name, branding, website design, software, original content, workspaces, operations, and other materials created for Lamuki are owned by Lamuki or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

• Using Lamuki does not transfer ownership of Lamuki's intellectual property to you.

• You may use Lamuki according to these Terms, but you may not claim ownership of Lamuki or its original materials.

• Your own files and content remain yours, subject to any rights held by other parties in that content.

Lamuki is free to use and is intended to remain freely available. There are currently no subscription fees, usage charges, or payment requirements for using Lamuki.

Lamuki may rely on third-party infrastructure or services where necessary to operate, secure, or deliver parts of the website. Your use of any third-party service may also be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

Lamuki is provided on an as-available basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the service and correct known problems, we do not guarantee that Lamuki will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely compatible with every device or browser, or that every operation will produce the expected result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lamuki and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from or related to the use of Lamuki.

• This includes losses resulting from reliance on an operation's result.

• This includes losses resulting from data or file loss.

• This includes problems caused by browsers, devices, operating systems, or local storage.

• This includes interruptions or failures outside Lamuki's reasonable control.

We may update these Terms of Service when Lamuki, its features, or its policies change. When the Terms are updated, the Last Updated date on this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of Lamuki after an updated version becomes available constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable law.
